What is a Vitamin ePIFfunny?

A “Vitamin ePIFfunny” is a bit of encouragement, something that offers reassurance, motivation, inspiration and/or hope to your fellow ePIFfunnados — a dose of verbal nutrition that will give them the energy to "fight the good fight" for one more week.

It could be:

• a favorite motivational quotation (and why you find it meaningful)
• a story of someone (you or someone else) overcoming the odds
• a reminder of what is worth fighting for, and why it is worth it
• a story with a moral or a funny punch line,
  or just
• a note that reminds others that they are not alone in the struggle to make a difference and create a meaningful life while making the world a better place.

In other words, it is like a secular sermon or homily that reminds us why we are here, what we are supposed to do while we are here, that we can accomplish it if we try hard enough, and that we are not alone.

Just remember that, as with regular ePIFfunnies, it should be funny, clever or insightful.
